The input file holds a single publisher name.
Using the book_catalogue table, count how many book titles (catalogue entries) were published by that publisher.
Output exactly one row with a single column: the count of matching titles.
Print the row with print(*row) (space-separated, one row per line).
Note: Do not hard-code the database name — your program is run against a different database instance for evaluation. The input file is in the same folder as your program.
